Export function not working - not sending confirmation email to my acc email
I am trying to export users but the confirmation email is not coming to my acc password...

Just to clarify, export requests may take at least 24 hours to be reviewed and approved. Once the review is complete, you’ll receive an email notification with the outcome.
In the meantime, please check your spam or junk folder in case the message gets filtered there.
If you don’t receive anything after that window, feel free to let us know and we’ll be happy to follow up!

Just checking in — can you confirm if you’re still experiencing the issue with the export confirmation email?
If so, could you please share the following so we can investigate further:
- Your Kinde business name and domain
- Whether you're the account owner
- The email address you expect to receive the confirmation on
Once we have those details, we’ll take a closer look and help get this sorted.

I never did receive an email. I am sticking with Kinde for now anyway, but I would like to know I have the option to export my clients...

- Whether you're the account owner
- The email address you expect to receive the confirmation on
