I can’t get my account

I made a complaint, but it tells me Currently ineligible for check (use in-game tool) and I don't understand. I waited 12 days and I didn't receive any message. And my account was stolen a month ago and I want to get it back

You will need to submit a recovery request in-game if your request is not eligible to be verified through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
