I can’t get my account
I made a complaint, but it tells me Currently ineligible for check (use in-game tool) and I don't understand. I waited 12 days and I didn't receive any message. And my account was stolen a month ago and I want to get it back

And I want to make a complaint about the game, but PUBG wants me to wait 3 months, and I don't want to wait for this time.
