account problem
Hey everyone, I’m reaching out here hoping someone from Riot or the community can help me or at least hear me out.
My Valorant account (Stoppable#2207) was permanently banned a while ago due to detection of third-party software. I’m not here to deny the detection, but I want to clarify that it wasn’t something I personally installed or intended to use.
I’ve always played from a cybercafé because I don’t own a personal PC. Unfortunately, these public computers sometimes have leftover files or tools from other users. I got banned literally during the first round after logging in on one of those PCs. I had no idea what was running in the background.
I fully respect Riot’s policies and I understand how important fair play is. All I’m asking for is a fair, human review of my situation. I’ve spent years on this account, and it means a lot to me both in time and money. I’m not trying to make excuses—I just want a chance to explain my side.
If any Rioter sees this, please give my case another look. I’ve sent several tickets (#113096049 being the most recent), but they were all closed without a real investigation from my point of view.
