Question about IP server
I know that with steam servers, the host must have the game running for other people to join. Is this also the case with IP servers? If I want both players to be able to join the server without the other online, do I need to rent a server? And lastly, if that is the case, can anyone vouch for server hosts that work with tModLoader?
