Ban appeal
My gmail credentials were leaked and account was hacked. I was trying to login and it displayed a notice saying you can no longer play on global version, please use bng version. I was confused and when I opened game and checked login activity there was a strange device and strange country listed in login activity. It was then confirmed that my account was hacked. So in order to prevent that hacker using my acc further, I play games linked apps and there I found PUBG VNG. I thought deleting pubg vng from play games linked apps would revoke access for that hacker to login. And so i deleted pubg vng from play games linked data. Later when I opened game i got 10 year ban. It was then I realized deleting pubg from google play linked data would get me banned. I didn't knew there was a way to unlink option available in game. I didn't use any kind of hack. I just delete app data from gmail and later when I opened game i got ban. Please help me. Device I used was - Xiaomi Redmi Note 7S. Country - India.
The other country and device you gonna find in login activity was that hacker. He got my gmail details and accessed my account. To prevent further access I delete game in play games linked data and that led it to ban. Please unban my account.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service regardless of who was using an account.
Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
