i want to know whats wrong with my pc
when i try to get valorant running in this pc it tells me its perma banned, i dont know why it tells me this, but i think its because its a hand-me-down from a cousin, i tried asking him why but he doesnt know whats wrong, could someone help me?, i want to play so baddd.

should add that the error code is "VAN 152"
Van152 can be incompatible drivers, but it's possible someone who used the pc in the past was cheating and got banned.
You might be able to appeal to riot to get your account unbanned if you weren't aware, but that computer will not work for val.

Hence its banned for 4 months from the initial ban time.
If it’s a second ban for that PC, it’s a permanent ban.
i asked him if he was prevously banned and he told me that he never was and kept satying he didnt cheat, i think he is lying on the second part

Also did your account get banned the very first time you tried to play

no, i couldnt even play, i was trying to install val and it told me i was banned, i did a factory reset after and even with that it didnt let me
Your account will most probably won’t be unbanned
But here’s what you can do
Contact support and ask them when does the hwid ban end on that PC
