I got a ban and a motherboard ban as a result of the cheat I opened with my friends out of curiosity. It was written on the internet and on the Valorant website that it would be opened in 4 months, but my ban has not been opened for more than 4 months and too many of my accounts have been banned. Can you help me?

5-6 ticket rules but they were only bot directions and never looked
