(Completed) Need to update the WOIN rpg module

Need to update the WOIN rgp module so that it works on current Foundry versions.
Long Description:
Currently my rpg group uses the WOIN (Whats Old Is New) rpg system as the system of choice for the games I run. The current module was made by
McArthur-Alford, who did an excellent job with it. However it has not been updated in several years and most likely will not work on current versions of Foundry or the upcoming v13. Currently I am running Foundry V10 since that was the last update made and I'm worried that if I try to update past that it might break the module.
Simply needing help updating and making one small change if possible. The current version is located here: https://github.com/McArthur-Alford/woinfoundry
Budget: Willing to discus budget, as we have not had to hire coders before.
