In the in the second category, you should enter your phone number without the country code as it is already included in the first.
yes, i try it already, but still.... the system detect that the format is invalid, format means that +62 provided by the system
but still invalid
aafter the format provided by the system, i try 89xxxxxx still not works

is like, the "+62" is invalid format number, i just wondering why it is invalid when this "+62" format number is available in the option on the first category
