Automatic dxvk/dxvk-nvaapi updates
Does heroic automatically updates dxvk/dxvk-nvaapi or do I need to do something like what I do for updating Wine/Proton or it doesn't support that at all? A quick check to my
current_dxvk says dxvk-2.5.3 but upstream release is 2.6.1, if the latter, would be good to have some auto-update mechanism for it2 Replies
Ideally you should just use Proton, which comes with its own version of DXVK
However, DXVK not auto-updating is a bug. I understand https://github.com/Heroic-Games-Launcher/HeroicGamesLauncher/pull/4434 resolves the issue, although I haven't had a chance to test it yet

Thanks for the detailed explanation, I already use proton so I guess it isn't an issue for me then
