Did My HWID Ban Get Extended? Need Assistance
Hey there,
Back in early November 2024, I received a hardware ban (HWID ban) in Valorant.
I didn’t play the game after that. But about a month later, I accidentally launched the game and ended up playing one match with a new account (I know, that was a huge mistake).
That account also got banned immediately afterward, probably because my system was still flagged by Vanguard.
Now I’m worried: did that accidental match reset or extend my original HWID ban duration?
I tried submitting a support ticket, but only received a generic bot response about account suspensions (which doesn't fit my situation).
This is specifically about a hardware/system ban, not an account-related issue.
Is there any way I can confirm if my hardware ban period is over? Or do I have to wait even longer because of that mistake?
I would really appreciate some clear guidance 🙏
Thanks a lot in advance for your time!

Attempting to play during ban period does not extend the ban.
So my ban should have expired by now and it should have been a long time ago according to the original date. Would it be a problem if I entered the game now? By the way, thanks for your help.
You can confirm by creating a new account and playing on it.
Tho you should be aware, if you still have whatever caused the hwid ban in the first place present on your pc it will trigger another hwid ban. And second hwid ban is permanent.
So I’d advise you fresh reinstall windows.
Alright, thank you
I tried and played 10 matches and I still haven't been banned. I think the ban was removed. By the way, I don't think the second hwid ban is unlimited because this was my second hwid ban.
What were both your bans for?
Cheats?
prolly
btw how long is a hardware ban
