Hi. Just bought Ultimate the 2nd time. After wondering why it‘s not working in game, a saw this msg during Login. What‘s going on? I received the payment confirmation through PayPal, Tebex and RSM already.

sorry about that, sadly you need to wait for server restart
Hi, thanks for your quick replay. In which period is a server restart usually done? I hope you understand the issue of selling a membership and getting less than a customer paid for, in particular if it‘s a known issue for weeks at least.
its a rare bug that occurs. members usually get their sub instantly, im pretty sure server restarts on monday 9am in UK time, if you cannot wait please open #tickets and ask refund, higher ups will guide you with process
