whenever i play games on my pc my gpu is being 100% utilised (3d graph). does this mean my gpu is bottlenecking my other parts or is that normal? i was going to upgrade cpu first, my pc was free from relatives and all the parts are very old, but maybe i should upgrade gpu first? idk
