Double click on devoverride
Change value to 0
Press ok
Restart your pc
And try the game...

I need help ;-;
Normally restarting it works for me but when you deleted and installed the game again did you get every file uninstalled ?
Yaur everything I did

Type regedit
Enter
And go to this path
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options
Then show ss
Before I play Valorant it's perfectly fine but now I installed again cause I wanna play it
