Recs for high rise shorts that aren't baggy
I'm trying to upgrade my summer wardrobe, I own a bunch of vintage Polo shorts that have a great rise (between 12 and 14 inches depending on the model) but the thighs are baggy as hell now that I've lost a lot of weight.
Any recommendations for shorts that would have a 12 inch rise and thighs under 28 inches wide?
