rpm-ostree errors
Hi there, I'm new to Linux and I am trying to install Refind via the terminal. When I try using rpm-ostree I keep getting this error:
It may be the simple case of me doing something wrong, but I'm not sure what at this point. Any help would be appreciated
(I do have the file in my downloads folder)

Thank you for the guide. I did manage to get it installed and I am using the latest version now (I don't know where I got the other one from). I think I'm also getting the hang of rpm-ostree too. Thanks for the help.
