@s ur best bet is to carefully read the Riot Terms of Service and decide for yourself. Regardless of what anyone says here (or even Riot's official support) you will be held accountable based on what's in the terms of service (which could change at any time, even).
Like even if Riot support says to use Exitlag, the terms of service allow them to ban you for using it if they wanted to.
Technically, a VPN/proxy falls into what Riot can ban you for, but if you're not using it to circumvent the region locking, or mess with your traffic in transit, ur prbly good to go.
exitlag just changes your routing, SORT OF like a VPN so yes 99% chance you will not get banned but it's vanguard so still a 1% chance
