All of a sudden I went from 60+ fps to a constant 12+ fps and I haven't a clue why.
I suspect it might be related to power lines but I'm not sure.
I might be able to record a video if my debug doesn't show anything.

triggered by @DC18049This is interesting, I loaded a previous auto save and the 12 fps is also present
Whelp, I'm now stumped, I have to revert back to a save from yesterday in order to load a save that has a normal fps
Aha, I am right. I killed power to my world and the fps went back to normal
Do you happen to have any mods installed that increase the range of the hoverpack?
I do not, BUT I found corruption in my world using blueprints
After I killed my power to my world, I went around following my power, and I found this
That SS shows parts of my blueprint that are suppose to be inside this building in the SS blow

It looks like parts of my blueprint duplicated some days/weeks after I had placed it
I have random parts floating in the world that have no place being there

This is what it's suppose to be

Laser Power Cable
will probably be the source of the frame-drops in that case.I have used Laser Power Cable in previous worlds on max settings without issues
something weird is happening with my blueprints and my world
And my game crashed
It crashed AFTER I deleted/removed that blueprint that's messed up
Yes, the blueprints will be the ultimate cause. LPC is just amplifying it.
Try running your save though SCIM, it can occasionally clear out some corruption issues (upload it, then immediately re-download it):
>map
[SCIM] Satisfactory - Calculator
Satisfactory helper to calculate your production needs. | Gaming Tool/Wiki/Database to empower the players.
Is there a list of items not allowed/not recommended in blueprints?
LPC is fine in blueprints. The problem is that your blueprints are just horribly broken for some other reason.
Indeed, I'll upload it and redownload it
Since Fred missed it, for reference:
AFGConveyorChainActor::Factory_Tick()
probably being relevant there.Whelp, looks like the blueprints are still messed up, no change
Game crashed again after removing the blueprint
Looking at your modlist, the only conveyor-related thing you have is
teleportitem
. Trying disabling it, but tbh, I think it's probably just "your blueprints are terminally messed up".I'll give that a try. But I'll have to completely restart a new save or wait for the mod to update as that's what the majority of my save is built around lol
Hmm, now the save won't load
If I disable Storage Teleporter by blockout22 (which I don't know if that's the one you're referring to), my game doesn't load.
I'm testing out the other item teleporter
Disabiling Simple Item Teleporter by moiidu21 and loading the game works. I even deleted the bad blueprints and it hasn't crashed yet
Sorry, yes,
teleportitem
is the id for Simple Item Teleporter. I'd missed that you had Storage Teleporter too. It's also something that could throw that error, and the fact that it's crashing the game on removal is... suspect. Could you upload a debug log from one of those crashes?I did
Unless you're referring to something else?
I also found more broken blueprints. SIGH
You know something else that's interesting?
areas that are NOT blueprints also got duplicated
Aha, another crash. Crash report incoming
This is a crash report, yes?

I think I may just start a whole new world/save if we can't figure out what's going on
I was referring to the crash you said you got after removing Storage Teleporter.
Can you quote where I said that? I thought I uploaded it. I'll try uplading it again
Here is crashed 1:
And you saw the last one

That would be here.
Ah, that one doesn't actually crash, it just hangs on the loading screen
But I'll generate a debug nonetheless
Oh, right. Important distinction. It's not actually hanging. It just has to sort through all the missing parts before loading the first time after a mod's removal.
Oh
How long should I wait then?
Load started now, at 8:29 EST.
I'm going to go grab a beer, brb
Depends on your PC, and how many of them you used. I'm guessing "a lot".
Be careful though: don't leave it completely unattended for too long unless you have a backup save. Otherwise, autosave will overwrite the save, and it will now no longer contain those parts if you re-add the mod.
Holy crap it loaded
Not sure if it matters but I have an i9, 12th gen, and a 4070 Ti.
Whelp, hasn't crashed yet. I disabled the blockout22, no crash, that's with the moid enabled
I deleted the bad blueprints, still going around looking for other issues.
On a side note, my power grid is fixed, not sure how
It looks like that the moid teleporter duplicated in several areas.
That's weird
My game closed but no crash window
if I look at processes, satisfactory is still loaded and so is the uh bootstrap thing. Aaaand now they disappeared. I'll generate a report

triggered by @DC18049Can I use the calculator to remove everything and put the resources in one mega chest for me to try again?
including resources from deconstructing items?
I think I managed it, time to load it
Holy cow\
So I pin pointed exactly where the lag was coming from. It's from the duplicated buildings. I have since reset the world and will start over, keeping my resources.
