yeah and every rioter has their own rules for giving them
my #1 rule is not giving to anyone who asks or pushes for it in any way

I have been playing for 2 years and haven't gotten a single one
Tho i play on mumbai servers and idek if any devs even play on it
you wouldn't know most are rioters in game probably
not all have Riot prefix on their username
