Low GPU/CPU utilization and very unstable FPS
Running a 4080 with a 13700K and getting like 20-80 frames, usually around 40-60 with gpu utilization being anywhere near 20-40%, occasionally spiking to around 70 but never above 90. CPU utilization remains at 20%. I have 10 GB allocated and I'm using the modpack BMC4.
