Can't give Cloudflare money....
I'm unable to add any payment method. Paypal looks like it succeeds, but disappears on refresh. Creditcard form submits, then looks added for a few seconds and then says 'captcha failed' (even though it didn't fail). Have tried to put in a support request but asking here if others have come across this before.

Have tried incognito, different browser etc.

Cloudflare's billing system is undergoing some changes/migration. During this period, you may notice extra bills, incorrect bills, or other issues.
To resolve these issues, create a Support ticket by using the following link (you must be logged into your Cloudflare account): https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support
Note that all accounts, even Free plan accounts, can create billing tickets. Tickets are the only way to resolve billing issues; we cannot help you in this Discord.
Is that preventing people from adding billing details at all? I'm mid-domain transfer and can't pay Cloudflare to finish the transfer...
