My Account Was Locked – Requesting a Fair Review
In my case, I genuinely believe I’ve done nothing wrong. The only reason I ever used a VPN or DNS (and even that, very rarely) was because of access limitations in my country. I never used any tool with harmful intent, and I certainly didn’t try to gain any unfair advantage or disrupt the servers.
I’ve even tried to email you, but I was told I can only contact support through email if the issue is account compromise or hacking. But I swear to God, this account is mine. I’ve never shared it, never cheated, and never tried to break the rules. I truly believe this happened just because of the DNS and VPN-related access issues.
This feels incredibly unfair to me. I received this account as a gift, and I’ve mentioned in a previous ticket that I changed the region to Turkey only because I couldn’t make purchases otherwise due to restrictions in my country. But now, I keep losing hope.
I would never intentionally harm your game or its community. I had no choice but to use VPNs or DNS just to play and access the game like everyone else.
Only one of my accounts was affected, and there’s no HWID ban, which I believe also shows no real violation took place. I truly hope you can take another look at my situation.
