my account got banned for 3rd party tools but i didnt used any tools or cheats. i did ticket and didnt got any answers from riot. can someone help me please?

I contacted Valorant support through the website, but no support is responding, only the blitzcrank bot answers me and ignores me.

If you could take a look at my id NotXcaliber#6930 i'd be veryyyy grateful, genuinly not trying to waste your time, nobody hacked my account, pretty sure an honest vangaurd false-positive that lead to my false ban
i understand that you guys will be able to tell instantly if someone lies about their false ban as you have all the logs n stuff
so i wouldn't even bother if i wasn't actually false banned
