Strange charges for PPE Actor from free users

My run log is here: https://console.apify.com/view/runs/YCxijRf9sbnekzyoO This was from a free user at the time, and the "maximum cost per run" was capped at under 5 usd. There was nothing expensive in the run itself, yet on my analytics dashboard it shows up as having a negative profit of 5.70usd! Why? Any way to debug this further? This run should have cost under 50 cents at most. Its a bit urgent as the same user just triggered a larger run and I want to validate this is not going to cost me a lot of money.

Hi @pavel, I don't really know all the details, but I think you haven't set up the events for the PPE pricing correctly, because in mentioned run were 0 events. I think it might be connected to the premium mode. I suggest you disable your Actor or set different pricing until you find the bug, because this way you will pay for the other users usage.

I added the "premium" mode a few days ago. And I think one problem is that those events are effectively "free" till the 14day period is up. But that does not explain the 5.70 charge since the cost of running this actor for ~28min should have been way less. after a few more days of waiting for analytics to refresh, I think the problem was my switch from their early PPE source code to the one built into Actor. Reverting that change seems to have resolved pricing charges for now. Will try to roll it out again after the 14 day period. The lack of any kind of warning / explanation on this was not fun! cost me at least 100usd in lost profits 😦

Hey @pavel, I believe you might get it back when you ask for it and explain everything on Apify support.
