Im -24,000 vp in debt and i was just wondering if i bought 24k vp id get those skins back or would my val points just return to 0 and i wouldn't have any skins

forever, but it is not easy and its a crime to get a fake chargeback, nowadays the banks investigate if what you are claiming is really true or not before giving the chargeback. it also depends on banks you use, whether they care or not.
