TmodLoader doesn't launch at all

Ok so it's been like a week ever since I started having this problem. I never had encountered launch problems with the program and I've tried different stuff such as reinstalling tmodloader, reinstalling steam and nothing works. I try to play normal terraria and it does work but every time I try to open tmodloader it just doesn't go past the first log screen then it closes. I also tried looking for people having this same issue but I barely see anyone who got it and the solutions are almost none (from different posts I've seen)
