Player since 2013 got perma banned
I’ve been playing Lol since 2013 and Valorant since beta (IGN: TODO#okby), never cheated, never got a chat ban clean history. Hardstuck plat.
A few weeks ago, I was suddenly hardware banned. I contacted Riot Support multiple times, but all I get are copy-paste replies saying “Vanguard detected something” with no explanation. Every new ticket is auto-closed, no review, no chance to defend myself.
I requested my data and saw I was falsely mass-reported for cheating (56 times), but reports aren’t proof. I’ve never used any third-party tools.
At this point, I feel completely helpless. Has anyone actually gotten help or reversed a ban like this? I’d really appreciate any advice.

Sent 2 new tickets yesterday, and as always i got the same reply copy paste, they just refuse to do there job
Cause everytime u send a new ticket it gets put to the back of their queue so it just send you ai responses (I think)
yes man 100% cause the reply is always the same word for word, thats tilting me so hard, knowing that i cant even get a real human support and help
i dont what to do if the company its self refuse to kontakt and the support refuse to do there job, what im suppose to do then
