My Game keeps freezing and lagging every few moments

I need help with my game I keep getting lag spikes all of a sudden after about 10 minutes in game the game freezes up every 10 seconds

the spacing you describe seems to loosely match some messages in your log about Refined Power's water dams, might be worth trying to see if it still happens with Refined Power disabled (being careful not to overwrite your saves, of course!)

I do have a lot of the dams placed in my world I'll try removing some of them see if it helps So I tried removing all the dam's I had in the world as well as just completely uninstalling the mod I think it's just because it's a end game world because i was still getting the massive lag spikes and when I create a new one they're gone
