Hi, my account has been banned for 10 years and I don't know the reason. I believe this must be a mistake because I haven't done anything wrong. Can someone please help me check this or explain why it happened?

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
