I can't open a ticket. What is the solution?
How is it written that I have a previous ban ? I don't understand anything

This was also the first time I got the ban message
You were firstly banned by the anti-cheat for 6 days because it suspected you of cheating.
This time you were banned by an actual moderator for the reason of exploiting. :/
Your first ban will count as your previous ban for the current ban you now got. Thus any repeated bans will be either longer or permanent (which is what you have received.)
The moderator didn't listen to me and closed the ticket. I have videos of myself playing and evidence, but the moderator didn't provide any evidence of the reason for the ban. There must be justice on the server.
If they provided no evidence to go against your case, request their evidence on the #❗・i-need-help channel.
This I can probably help you out if you’re either mistakenly banned or not.
