Account recovered but Banned !

I recovered a Account and It is locked when I asked them they say it is correctly placed and I got an HWID Ban But i am able to play from my new account which shows like Third party software is not used from My device . What should I do?

I lost Hope of getting my account back but somehow I got it back But the Hacker used some third party software which caused ban Dear Valorant Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to respectfully request a thorough re-evaluation of my account suspension. I would greatly appreciate a manual and practical review of the case, considering the following important points: 1. Account Compromise in February:
The ban was placed around the time my account was compromised in February. I did not have control of the account during that period, and I believe the actions that led to the ban were not made by me. 2. Previous Support Helped With Account Recovery:
In this very same ticket, a previous support agent had already helped me recover my account. However, it seems the agent who reviewed the suspension may not be aware of this, which might have led to a misunderstanding. 3. Request to Review IP or Login Data:
If possible, I kindly request a check on login IPs or other digital evidence to verify unauthorized access to my account. 4. Inconsistency Regarding HWID Ban:
As per Riot’s policy, third-party software use usually leads to a HWID ban. Yet I am still able to play on a new account, which suggests that no such software was used on my system. 5. Positive History and Streaming Activity:
I’ve been a loyal player for over four years with a clean history. I also stream on Twitch, and have always supported fair play and community integrity. 6. Personal Investment in the Game:
I have invested a considerable amount of money in my account, which further shows I had no motivation to engage in any harmful activities. I kindly ask that you escalate this case or have it reviewed by a senior agent, especially given the mix-up in support responses. I genuinely value the game and hope to have the chance to continue playing on my original account. Thank you for your time and support. Should i send them this?
