To delete your Prisma Data Platform (PDP) account, you need to email Prisma's support team at [email protected]. In your email, make sure to specify the email address or GitHub handle that you used to sign up for your account.
Before requesting account deletion, Prisma requires that you:
1. Disable Accelerate in all environments of all your projects
2. Cancel any active subscriptions in the account
