My Account Locked
In my case, I genuinely believe I’ve done nothing wrong. The only reason I ever used a VPN or DNS (and even that, very rarely) was because of access limitations in my country. I never used any tool with harmful intent, and I certainly didn’t try to gain any unfair advantage or disrupt the servers.
I’ve even tried to email you, but I was told I can only contact support through email if the issue is account compromise or hacking. But I swear to God, this account is mine. I’ve never shared it, never cheated, and never tried to break the rules. I truly believe this happened just because of the DNS and VPN-related access issues.
This feels incredibly unfair to me. I received this account as a gift, and I’ve mentioned in a previous ticket that I changed the region to Turkey only because I couldn’t make purchases otherwise due to restrictions in my country. But now, I keep losing hope.
I would never intentionally harm your game or its community. I had no choice but to use VPNs or DNS just to play and access the game like everyone else.
Only one of my accounts was affected, and there’s no HWID ban, which I believe also shows no real violation took place. I truly hope you can take another look at my situation.

Hey, I just wanted to explain my situation one more time in case anyone can help.
I’ve never used cheats or harmful software — the only things I had on my PC were some offline game trainers (like Fling), which Malwarebytes sometimes falsely flags. They’re completely unrelated to any online games, but I’m not sure if Vanguard could have picked them up and misinterpreted them.
What’s strange is I didn’t get HWID banned — just one of my accounts got locked. That’s why I feel like this could be a mistake.
I’ve submitted multiple tickets to Riot, sent all the info they asked for, but nothing worked.
Losing this account has been a huge emotional and financial hit for me, especially considering the economic conditions in my country.
I’m really hoping someone here can help me out. I’d be super grateful.

using a VPN is against TOS i believe, so thay would be reasonable if you got banned
2nd if you got the account as a gift, thats account sharing..?? you didnt create the account, you arent the actual owner of the account
i have the information and i sent it to riot i have no problem with prove that my account is mine
then what is the problem..
The problem is that I’m not getting any responses from the support tickets. They ask me to send my information to speed up the process, but after I do, nothing happens.
The same exact thing happened to my friend — but someone from the community help team here stepped in and helped him unlock his account.
I received my friend’s account as a gift, and ever since then, no one but me has accessed it.
According to Riot’s account sharing policy, this isn’t a violation unless multiple people are using it at the same time or the account is being bought or sold — which is not the case here.
ask schmick yourself, if you havent made the account, it is considered account sharing
even someone using your account on your pc is against TOS, but i doubt thats even detectable
either way, that is considered against TOS
how long have you waited for the responses?
you should probably only have one ticket rrgarding the ssme issue
it takes up to 24 hours i think for a response
