how do i install things?
i have confirned ive installed python, but pip command is not found, ive tried things like apt-get in fedora console but none of the commands seem to work, im fairly new to linux and have only ever used sudo apt-get and it says its not a command, the app i want cant be found trough any of the things like flatpak or brew, and theres no file for it on their github.

whats pipewire? and sure ill check it out
mostly asking because ive heard pipewire term a few times
im mostly just looking for something i can route different outputs and inputs to specific apps, one for general main device, one for in game voice and one for web browser
that way i can play music trough mic without it playing in my friends ears

its like CoreAudio on macOS side
