Immich and iPhone Upload Slow
Hey everyone,
I have an iPhone and several thousand photos and videos that I’d like to upload to my Immich server. Unfortunately, my upload speed is limited to just 3 Mbps. What’s the fastest way to upload all the files?
Is there an alternative approach — for example, downloading everything from iCloud and then using the Immich CLI to upload the files from a VPS with a faster connection?
Will Immich recognize duplicates or previously uploaded files to avoid re-uploading them? Or do you have any other ideas or suggestions?
