Vcore 4 500 hybrid new build print help please.

Got so far setting up the first print and see photos please.

Belts tuned as well as I can get.
Resonance tuning done.
Pressure advance done.
No racking.
Pulleys on flats no rubbing on flanges.

Fan set to 40-70%
PLA colorfill - 220c
Flow tuned to 0.97
Max volumetric flow set to 30

Retraction default klipper
PA 0.035.
0.6mm nozzle.


I am used to tuning printers but not at these kind of acceleration and speed settings. So I know that physics will kick you in the ass when you approach limits.

Overall it’s not a bad print in the scheme of things compared to the default profile. There is progresss. The layer lines are annoying me. I think it’s the extrusion. Maybe I need to have a lower PA number but I am looking for input.
