In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).

- The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.

Couple of things. 1) You are mounting them incorrectly in the compose.
It's
{external_host_path}:{container_path}. So should be /volume1/photo/unsorted/photos:/volume1/photo/unsorted/photos
Two, you are adding all the photos twice, by importing both parent and child folders.ooooh

You are binding a path on your host to a path in the container
external should be the actual folder you use, container path can be whatever you want, but usually people just mirror the sides to make it easy to remember
