Install Failed Error 4

I just built a new HTPC (5700x, 6700 XT) and was trying to install Bazzite, but keep getting errors. Mostly it's this failed to install flatpak (4). I ensured that Secure Boot and CSM are both disabled. I used Fedora Image Writer to burn the ISO to a USB. Confirmed the ISO could fully install in a virtual machine, and tried on two different USBs. Still nothing. I even tried manually partitioning my drive according to the dual boot guide (not dual booting tho). Am I missing something here?
