This is by far the worst support experience I’ve ever had.
My account was banned after 13 years of playing Riot games including 4 years in Valorant and I still haven’t been given a real explanation. Just like that, I was banned out of nowhere.
I’ve submitted over 10 tickets, stayed respectful, and even asked if they could check for suspicious login activity, thinking maybe my account was hacked. Their response? Nothing helpful. It’s clear they don’t care no matter what you say or do.
At the end of the day, we’re just numbers to them people who spend money on skins. And they can ban you with a single click, with no appeal and no effort to hear your side, even if you’re completely innocent.
