Error 9005
I already disabled vbs but it doesn't work, my pc doesn't support tpm 2.0 nor secure boot and bios can't be opened. Is there any other way to fix this?

I turned off vbs in regedit, at first it didn't work but I turned off tamper protection in virus and threat protection settings so it can work
