Update to from 3.x to 4.03 problems

Hi, so i did the update and during the process the script said i should close my apps, i went to the dashboard and it didnt load so i asumed it was down. Now after the update (several reboots) when i load runtipi the apps are all red light and wont start and pointing to logs but the logs are empty however they are running but with no data. So what am asking is, how do i restore backups and get it back to pre update?

you need to stop docker stop sonarr docker stop sabnzbd Is this all the apps you have? After stopping the old containers you'll be able to start those apps from runtipi dashboard

ok so now the containers are showing in runtipi, unfortunatly the backups where old for some reason.. but i can live with that, atleast i didnt have to redo it from scratch! Thanks! ps. my containers are: duplicati (backups needed repair, goto fix that soon (tm) ), portainer, radarr, sabnzbd and sonarr
