Storage is data size + history. If you're only using a single Neon project, the higher value is probably due to your "history", which supports point-in-time restore. Inserts, updates, deletes all add to your history. You can reduce your history by minimizing or disabling your restore window: https://neon.tech/docs/manage/projects#configure-your-restore-window
