My Laptop keeps crashing and I don't know why.

I would like some guidance on how to diagnose the reason my laptop keeps crashing.

Here is a bit of info:
  • Second hand Thinkpad T480
  • Intel Core i7-8650U
  • NVIDIA GeForce MX150
  • RAM 32.0 GiB
  • Firmware N24ET79W (1.54)
  • Bazzite 42, build Stable (F42.20250425)
  • Kernel Linux 6.14.3-101.bazzite.fc42.x86_64
I've been running some PSP games using the flatpak for PPSSPP and most of the crashes are while playing any game. They aren't consistent on timing but I would say that after a day or two of playing, my laptop crashes.

Other info that maybe related:
  • I keep my laptop plugged in at all times
  • I rarely turn it off, I prefer putting it to sleep but I do reboot after updates about once a week.
  • I've noticed some weird slow downs. Playing PS2 games, running many tabs on a browser, even playing PSP games (I noticed that those happen when running a 2560 × 1440 monitor at that resolution, so opted to run it a 720p and so far I haven't noticed slowdowns while playing. Important, I'm running the game at 2x the PSP (960 × 544), rendering resolution, no matter the display resolution.)
