nope, its even less (going based off the math youre using, you would end up with a 10% chance after 500 cases opened (0.1 x 100% = 10%) which is not true.)
its actually an extra 3.8% OF 0.1%: 0.1038% (0.2% at 500 cases, which is more reasonable given how many people are spending and not getting mythics) the formula is 0.1% + 0.1% x [whatever your bonus is]
