Hoppers breaking for no apparent reason?

Whenever someone puts something in a chest above a hopper, the hopper breaks. This applies to anything else that can hold items as far as I've tested (including a hopper on top causes the bottom one to break ) I haven't upgraded anything on my server in a few weeks so I have no idea what is happening. Paper version 1.21.4-106-main@ab1b312 (Implementing API version 1.21.4-R0.1-SNAPSHOT) Anyone got ideas? I highly doubt its a plugin since I haven't installed/upgraded any recently

list all plugins and probably binary search them anyways !binary

Binary search your plugins
Remove half of your non-essential (ie not things like PAPI or LuckPerm) plugins and see if the problem is fixed. If it still persists, the cause is in the half still installed. Continue to halve the remaining plugins until you've narrowed it down to a single plugin. Congratulations, you found the culprit.
