Unable to turn on Core Isolation

Every time I try to enable Memory Integrity and Reboot. It automatically toggles off. I thought a fresh reinstall of Windows would help, but it didn't do anything.

Solution:
I enabled NX-Bit. Someone said online that it helped them enable Mem

I don't remember ever disabling NX-bit, but I must have been play Val without HVCI for a bit now. This is probably a one off problem that very very few people will encounter.
