wrangler cowboy cuts aren’t technically bootcut if ur looking for that iirc, but i don’t have a better suggesting

Depends on how tight you want the thighs really, but Freenote, Indigofera, Kapital, and Fullcount all make a bootcut

Left Field NYC's Greaser fit is a lot like wrangler cowboy cut, you should be able to fit a cowboy boot on with them. Sugar Cane makes a bootcut too. They have it on the Self Edge website.
I heard a few people here really like the indigofera wyatts
i believe brycelands also have a bootcut if thats your speed
