Tools Response Format in Effect Typescript Library
Is the tools response expected to be a single string? Or can it be structured data? I'm asking because the LLM is requesting a tool call, and after it get's the result, the outcome is empty text. If I look at the telemetry trace, the stop-reason says tools_call
