Experiencing Noticeable Lag
When playing, my game isn't able to stay at a consistent 60fps even when I'm just walking around the environment. Frame Skip Subtle and Off makes the game feel like slow motion while Frame Skip On at least makes it mostly tolerable with severe frame drops every now and then. I'm not sure why this is though as it only started happening after the latest update. It was even worse with the latest nVidia drivers but I've since downgraded my drivers.
I don't think its a specs issue as my CPU and GPU utilization both sit at 20-30% playing the game. Honestly, it feels like the game is severely underutilizing my hardware. My specs are listed below for reference.
Intel i7-13620H
RTX 4070 Mobile
32GB RAM
I've tried playing in Windowed. I've tried messing with the graphics settings. I've tried changing the priority of the game in Task manager. I've tried pushing more power into my CPU (I usually have it limited for temp reasons). It happens regardless of what mods I have installed too.

Just tried that, and I still get minor drops but no more major drops after finishing Spirt Reforged and Calamity Fables so perhaps it was related to those. Thanks though!
Update: Yeah it was that
