Not sure if it's accurate, but I'm sure it's ai. It's styled to look like a sketch.
The lines are all over the place, and they use the same lines for shading and form.
Elements such as the grenade, hat, and hair are obviously not done out of creative liberty, but someone who described raze to an AI
Look at the grenade she holds and compare it to the one on her hip
As well as going to most ai generators and looking for a female face, they all look like that with the same face shape and proportions.
On her chest she has a symbol. In game it says boom.
Ai generally fucks up fancy text.
